no, but my wife's driver's side window regulator has gone twice.
from new, it lasted about a year, then the replacement has lasted
about a year.
the symptom is that the handle doesn't turn and you can't roll the
window down any more.

knock on wood, but so far mine has been okay (3.5 years).
