I can verify that adjustments to GABs are *very* quick and easy. You just reach under the car and turn a large knob at the bottom of the shock tube. The knob is "detented" to clickstop at each of the eight settings. I run mine at 2F/4R on the street (where "1" is the softest setting), and while they're a bit firmer than the stock shocks at those settings, I like them that way. (Race settings on my car are either 5F/8R or 6F/8R, depending on the course and conditions.) There are some additional benefits to the GABs as well.
