I thought someone else would have pointed this out by now, but mileage figures in British magazines are given in miles-per-IMPERIAL-gallon, while EPA figures and US magazines use miles-per-US-gallon. An Imperial gallon is approx. 4.55 liters, while a US gallon is approx. 3.79 liters. My best mileage to date is 31.4 mp(US)g. This converts to 37.7 mp(Imp)g. Still, 50 mp(Imp)g doesn't sound realistic, unless they did it on a test stand with no wind resistance, hills, etc. Milton Horst Internet: horma200@ccmail.ca.boeing.com Seattle, WA Compuserve: 71155,674
