Steve Sanders mailed me a packet detailing the updates on the '94 Miata.
I'll outline them here.

The Miata becomes a 50 state emissions car.  Mariner blue is dropped,
Laguna blue is added.  Alloy wheels go to 14x6".

Package A now includes the Torsen (only with 5 sp.).  The R package
includes Bilsteins, aero tidbits, alloy wheels, and Torsen (but no
leather steering wheel).

The engine goes to 1840cc. HP goes to 128, torque to 110.  EPA MPG drops
to 22/27 from 25/30 (city/highway).  Manual transmission and automatic
now share the same engine.  Compression ratio drops to 9.0:1.

Brakes and clutch are larger.  Body is stiffer.  Gas tank goes to 12.7 g.
And improved trunk room appearance.

Weight goes to 2293 lbs.  Front sway bar goes to 20 mm from 19 mm.  Rear
bar goes to 11 mm from 12 mm (except for models with the Torsen).  Rear
diff ratio drops to 4.10 from 4.30.
