I am about to purchase a new set of tires for my '91 Miata. Netwizdom has pointed me toward either the Yoko AVS-I or the Yoko A509. I'd like to go with the softer AVS-I, but I'm worried they are a little too soft. I would appreciate it if anyone who owns either of these tires would comment on the mileage and durability experienced. Will I be replacing'em every nine months? Would you buy them again? I drive ~17K miles/year, and have 49K on the original Bridgestones. (Boy, are they slippery in the rain.) No autocross yet, but I'm starting to get this real bad itch. Thank you for your time, Tyler =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= - Tyler Walker Internet : twalk@scg8a.scg.hac.com - = GM/Hughes Aircraft Co. = -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
