Subject: Door sill plates

I'm considering purchasing a set of door sill plates.  What are peoples
opinions on the plates sold by various companies in the club magazine? 

	- are one companies plates better (or worse) that anothers?

	- are stainless steel better/worse that the plastic/rubber variety?

	- how do these "after market" plates compare to the factory plates?

I'd appreciate any/all advise available.
