Michael Garvin writes Does anyone have any suggestions for a durable glue or epoxy to use on the soft top? ********************* I replaced the top on my 1970 Fiat 124 Spider I had when I was in college. I used a product from 3M, maybe weatherstrip adhesive. A frat brother also into shadetree mechanics referred to it as "Gorilla Snot," green and stuck like crazy. I worked very well on a top that was subjected to the summer heat of Denton, TX. Try an automotive paint store for the best luck in locating the right adhesive.
