I know better than to make assumptions Isn't this where the fresh air intake for the interior vents is? I believe that when the climate controls are set to use outside air, not recirculated air, then the air is drawn in from here. Since one can get quite a good breeze through the vents when driving without running the fan, I'd assume that the pressure is above abmient. I'd be interested in the results of any conclusive tests.
