I've kind of enjoyed the top/up/down/wave/not thread. It's 
reminiscent of various discussions I've encountered
about computer operating system, text editors, gun
control, and other religious topics.  And certainly
I relate to my car, and my beliefs about it, with
a certain fervor 8^) 
But, lest we forget. this is about "Sports"!
