Hello Miateers, Speaking of the "bad horn buttons," I am amazed at how ergonomically correct they are. I would never go looking for buttons to press in an emergency (my time is better served avoiding those situations), but I frequently drive with my thumbs up on top of the upper webbing of the wheel (so the base of my thumb - you know that thick muscle in the palm - partially rests on the buttons). The other day someone stopped quickly in front of me and in my normal straight-arm reaction the horn beeped. My normal reaction to the situation caused my hands to press the buttons without me even having to think about it. It probably did no more good than make the breaker mad at me, but in a more significant situation, it could have alerted the leading driver that there was a nose fast approaching from the rear. It may be accidental design, but it works for me! Tom Manson Manson@fsd.com
