Since I got my hoist I have used it a number of times (I got my car at the
beginning of summer) and I reckon it works great. I think it cost around 90
bucks. I have it installed in a garage with a 20 foot ceiling and the rope
length is *just* right. It comes with all mounting hardware including hook
for the roof and cleat for the wall. The hoist has been recalled once to 
replace plastic fasteners with metal ones. This was explained a couple of
weeks ago here on the mail list. I think I know why they started with plastic-
to reduce any chance of scratches so this is the only thing I have to watch
as mine has the metal clips. Bottom line is that I'm happy with the hoist...
