Tom, I seem to remember that this included discussion on sticky idle 
speed control valves. The fix is described in an old Miata Club magazine ...
Winter '91, I think....but I have it at home. If no-one comes up with 
the earlier mail messages or the fix today, I will bring the magazine into 
work and send you the fix details.
