Thanks for the thoughts.  I have been thru the same calculations.
Need to check further on the paint and make sure it hasnt been in any
accidents.  Put it thru the paces, etc.  But as for the top, in
Central Texas, the hard top is probably more valuable during July,
August and September when the temp. is high of 99 and low of 89 every
day.  Even top downing with the air on doesnt cut it in the day time
if you are in work attire.
