I wasn't aware of that.  I figured there was some transference between the
two though.  On the other hand, I have always considered this list a wide
open forum. 

I think the Compuserve argument is that they are not selling your words -
just the connect time to read them.  Not that I care ...

If the list wants to come to some concensus and publish a statement of
policy, that's fine with me - I'll add it to the welcome and info message
for the list and put it in the anon FTP and gopher archive.
