You might think about going to one of those "Paintless dent removal" places, in  
addition to door dings many of them can remove the type of dent your talking  
about. I just had three door dings removed by a local place. Cost me $75 and I  
can't tell where the dings were. I did have one ding in the RF fender lip that  
the guy couldn't really get to but all three door dings are invisible.
