The person behind both the Eaton Supercharger kit and the NACA duct is Norm Garrett. The NACA was developed and produced by Vantage Motorsport. I thought Norm would include it with the kit, which was originally priced at $2500, but in the interest of keeping the price down and offering the duct as an add-on item, they are sold separately. THe duct is by no mean necessary, but it is recomended. Like I said, there maybe a symmetrical duct on the passenger side coming just for people who like symmetry. This kit has also driven the BBR turbo kit down to $2.5K, along with the favorable exchange rate. I may be getting the supercharger kit soon for a different project. I am curious to find out how it stacks up to my BBR car. - Steve. I asked him about the naca ducted headlight cover and he acknowledged that people are making them, and that getting one would be a "good thing" for use with the 'charger, but that it's not included with the 'charger kit. I guess I misunderstood the email going around - wasn't the naca duct included with the kit? Or is this a different supercharger kit? Any thoughts are appreciated, at $1950 this seems like a pretty killer deal (0-60 in 6.8, 30mpg hwy hooo - ahhh! - my best Pacino in "Scent of a Woman"). cheers, jeff
