JUST GRAB AHOLD OF THE VENT WITH THE RAG COVERED PLYERS, HOLD YOUR OTHER HAND ON THE FACIA PLATE TO KEEP PRESSURE OFF THE MOUNTING SPOTS WHERE THE SCREWS ARE LOCATED THAT WE ARE AFTER IN THE FIRST PLACE, AND PULL STRAIGHT OUT.
