Subject: Windshield washer nozzle dribbling

Has anyone had (or heard of) the problem of fluid intermittently
dribbling from the windshield washer nozzle(s).  The problem is
excacerbated by a full wiper fluid tank and also seems to be also
increased by acceleration and deceleration.
