Just this morning when I was driving back from crew practice I was putting
the top down and realized that my passenger side window wouldn't roll down. 
It would only roll down about 3/4 of a turn of the handle or about 2" and
then it feels like it is catching on something and won't go down any further
(kind of like a sliding door off the track).  Has anyone ever had this
problem before or know how to fix it?  Thanks for any suggestions.
