I agree, so I'm adding to the e-mail traffic on this, but for a reason:
Could whomever posted the request in the first place please post another
message with your e-mail address and a request that responses be sent to
you?  And, whoever you are, thanks for your efforts.  I'll look forward
to the posted summary of responses.  And sorry for one more message on
this, Ken.
