I've been asked to resend my note on lumbar support in the Miata.  (I=
'm having
a heck of a time sending out garbage over Internet.  I'm using Micros=
oft Mail
on a Mac and don't know what I'm doing when I screw up.)  Anyway, the=
 Miata
seats' center panel can be lifted forward enough to slip a small rag,=
 towel or
similar material in.  No zippers, snaps or anything.  The seat-foam t=
ends to
shed a little material, so be prepared to do a little cleanup.  It do=
esn't take
much material to make quite a change and you can slide it up and down=
 behind
the panel.  For about $30 you can purchase an air bladder or pillow w=
ith a
tube, bulb-pump, and valve for an adjustable arrangement.  These are =
available
=66rom some furniture shops.  Hope this helps.
