Are all miata owners RX-7 owner wannabees or something?  Or is it just 
manufacturer loyalty?  I just seem to get the impression that this list is 
quietly fascinated with RX-7's.  

Crysler owners all grow up to want Lincolns, I guess, but do we need to fall 
prey to the same horrible fate?
