   my 92 BASE miata has only had a breaking problem once in its 32000 miles
(in 10 months) and that was when it was parked in heavy rain and only when I
started to pull out of the parking space. It was scarry, but since I drive it 
in all sorts of weather (we get some good rains in NC) it dosnt seem to be a 
chronic problem. I wonder if it has anything to do with the wheels? I have
the base steel wheels and no ABS.
