Mark, This is currently done by MCA.  The chapters participate voluntarily. 
They mail about 95 copies of their newsletter to Georgia, MCA bundles them up
and mails them to the chapters and other MCA/Mazda folks.  Some chapters don't
care for the hassel of another deadline and mail copies of theirs direct to the
chapters that participate.  The SOUNDER is in the latter category.  BTW I
understand I'm sending out a lot of garbage in my responses as I don't know how
to properly work my E-mail, yet.  Sorry, I'll get help soon.
