Classic Motorbooks have again delayed shipment of this book.  The new 
date to expect it is 'Early May 1994'  I spoke to a customer service
representative at Classic Motorbooks who said that it hadn't been
published yet.  Classic Motorbooks is not the publisher.

After a nine month standing order, I expect nothing less than a 
copy signed by the author...  :^)
