Subject: HELP Car won't start!!

Hi there folks,

It is happenning to me!! Temperatures are down to abt -20 deg F with -40 to
-50 deg F wind chills. I am unable to get my car started. 
What happens is that it coughs a little bit then there is a clicking noise.
I notice that the Oil Pressure gauge is hitting against 0 everytime there
is a clicking noise. My engine oil was just changed and I checked was
full.
What might be the problem? Is it that some fluid has frozen or Battery has
frozen? I am still able to turn my radio and blower on.
