The Track Bar that your dealer is suggesting is a good improvement
for the Miata, but probably won't cure your bounce.

I installed the Bar about 2 years ago and it eliminated a slight
vibration at around 75 mph. It also seemed, to my untrained feel,
to make the handling a bit crisper.  It's a good investment for
stopping the vibration alone.
