I have found nothing that works as well for cleaning upholstery or carpet. While your at the store also pick up a small scrub brush. Spray Tough Stuff on, wait about 30-40 seconds then scrub with the brush and wipe off with a damp sponge. If that doesn't work repeat the process. If you can't get it off after 3 tries then I'd say you're SOL. When I first discovered the stuff about 10 years ago I took a can to our Corvair club picnic to show everyone. Someone there had just purchased two like-new cream colored seats to go with his cream interior. Since there was quite a lot of dirt on the rear seats and door panels I offered to demonstrate on his rear seat. I sprayed the stuff on, waited 30 seconds or so, scrubbed real good and wiped the dirt off. You should have seen his face when he saw the bright _white_ spot where I had cleaned! It turned out that the car had a white interior that had been so covered with smoke residue (_that_ out to stop anyone from smoking if you imagine what your lungs must look like) and dirt that it had looked cream-colored! Anyway, it's great stuff, give it a try. Available at better auto parts stores everywhere. --- ___ __ ___ Alan Dahl | alan.dahl@mccaw.com -or- /_ / / / Analysts International Co. | adahl@axysdev.nwest.mccaw.com / / _/_ /___ 10655 N.E. 4th St. Suite 804 | (NeXTMail OK) Bellevue, WA 98004 | PH: (206) 803-4496 | FAX: (206) 803-4901
