Hey all,

  Seeing as there has been some discussion of brake pads, I'm wondering
  if anyone has tried braided-metal brake lines?

  (I think the idea is to surround the rubber hoses with a braided-metal
  sheath to minimize expansion and give the brakes a firmer feel and
  finer-grained control.  They seem expensive, though, and I'm wondering
  how much they add to the objective/subjective performance and feel of
  the car.)
