Subject: Am I getting ripped off?

Miata people:

 I thought I had found a good deal on a 1994 Miata pkg B with
A/C and hard top for $19,400 so I agreed and the dealer went about
getting a car. Today he calls me and says he got a car, but he'll
have to order the Hard Top seperate from Mazda and it will cost an extra 
$600!! (because the have to "sand it, fit it, and paint it!)

So am I getting a line? Am I getting ripped off? Is $19,400 even a good 
price? ( I know it's better than $20,000) 

Answer soon, or I may pay more than OI sould!!!
