I use Armour All for cleaning the top.  Mainly because there
were some articles ( I think consumer report) that said it
did protect from UV light ... and UV light is the killer
of vinyl and rubber ... so I also tend to put a light coat
on the interiors vinyl too.

Ar.All makes the top shine too and stays on until the next wash.
For the tires, I use armour alls foam cleaner.

Too bad they don't make armour all to keep us 
from getting cataracts (:>)
