A lead car goes out with bags of lime in the car. AT each intersection the lead car drops a bag of lime within 200 yds of that intersection. The chase cars leave at rally-like intervals and follow the lime trails. Lots of force U-turns (easy in a Miata) as you can't see the lime from the intersection (usually). Works well at night. Fastest car to the end wins, special prize if you catch the lead car. No rules, no complicated rally-math, fastest car wins. May be slightly illegal in some States. Lots of fun, easy to administrate.
