I went to the auto supply store yesterday to get thoroughly bewildered.  I
want to get a product to put on the soft top of my new 94 B for protection.  I
asked for a water based leather treatment or vinyl top dressing that is not a
penetrating type as suggested in the manual.  Most of the products were not
clear to me as to contents.  The manager said that none of their products
qualified.  HELP!  What do any of you use?  I got Mother's California cleaner
and wax for the body.  I want to take the best care I can of my baby.  I would
appreciate any recomendations.     Carolyn
