There's been a lot of mention about windshield fogging lately - on the list
and in the press.  For me this has had a simple, effective solution: just
lower one of the windows 1/8" or so.  This improves the ventilation enough
that the fogging is immediately eliminated.  The opening is narrow enough,
and sheltered by the edge of the top so rain doesn't enter.
