Nah... I'm no apologist for stupid laws. The less government, the better. See my quote below. Nor do I necessarily see a need for this law. I do, however, tend to raise my lamps when the weather is damp. While I know that I can see others, I've had enough experience to know that most people aren't observant enough to see me in ideal conditions, much less when it's nasty out.
