Sean,
   I have one that came from Mighty Products and Have been well satisfied
with it.  I had no problems installing it and it does not shake loose.  The
only thing to consider is that unlike the map lights it does not have an off
switch.  So if you leave your doors open the mirror lights are on where you
can turn your map lights off.  One member removed one of the wires to solve
this problem but this means that the mirror light does not work with the
doors, only with the switchs on the mirror.  OK if this suits your
application.
   Another chapter member got one that did not use the existing bracket,
mounted to the windshield.  Do not remember where it came from.  As I
understand it this put the mirror closer to the windshield and lower down in
the line of sight.  He didn't like this and sent it back.
