My personal favorite is the sign found on the way to Harper's Ferry, WV
in the brief section that you are in Virginia on the way from Maryland.
The cops put up a sign that said, "Speed monitored by radar and VASCAR."
Someone altered this to "...and NASCAR" with spray paint. Now, THAT's a 
positive attitude!
