They will give you the full speil about them, but for the benefit
of the miata listserv this is the summary:
The spped limit is a joke, there are studies to prove its
idiocy therefore they are attempting to show that enforcing
it is equally ludicrous ... since ven the cops and most
citizens fail to follow it ( german and the initial
interstate designers found the speed limite by determining
the 15th and 85th percentile speed for a GIVEN road ...
becaue beyond the percentiles, the accidne rate increased ..
thus the lower and upper speed limits.

The user of radar cannot be banned becaused radar deterctors
are just radios ... just as scanners that pick up polce
radio , wireless phones are also radios (whatever the 
intent of th listener may be ...)

They will give detailed tips on how to beat sppeeding
tickets by book and video, keep you informed of the worst
speed traps in the USA etc.,
