Hi all: I receive a +12V Industry trade mag "Installation News" and in the New Products list is a product that will emit an "oderless non-yellowing" smoke upon alarm trigger. It goes on to say the smoke is FDA approved, etc.. They also state that it is yet another weird thing that might scare a thief off, which is essentially one of the primary goals. Just thought I'd add this since the latest thread is on security... BTW: Is anybody else peeved about the incredibly high guage wire used through-out the miata? Please don't get me into a large discussion about weight, etc. I recently installed an alarm and aftermarket stereo system and I was shocked by the very thin wire. For example the lighter accessory (30 Amp fuse) with what appears to be 16-18 guage wire with about five conducting wires.... Eric "skip the signature" Sylvain
