Subject: Blue Ridge Parkway

To the person who asked about weather conditions along the Blue Ridge
Parkway:

The mountains around Charlottesville, VA just received a little over a foot
of snow earlier in the week, but the temperatures through the weekend are
supposed to be in the mid-fifties in the mountains with rain on Tues. so most
of it should be melted.  The weather here is very unpredictable with
temperatures in the 70's! (probably 60's in the mountains) just a week ago. 
It still gets down in the twenties though over night.

Have fun.  It is a gorgeous drive.
