öhave done some more research on the general subject of tonneau covers, prompted by Will's inquiry. In fact the tonneau cover is not compatible with roll bars - at least not with the Racing Beat ones, which I have on my car, and almost certainly not with any of the others around. So, in case, anyone is interested, I have a red one for sale. What does work, although not in the same way, is the technalon cockpit cover, which installs neatly over the driver's and passenger's seats, and which will nicely withstand any rains or storms that you care to throw at it. You just roll the windows down and put this on - it has straps that hook to the front and rear wheel wells, and a nubbin the goes under the trunk, so that it can't be removed. You can't drive around with it halfway on, the way you can with a tonneau. But on the other hand, it is not going to dump any water into your console, and putting it on/removing it is a snap. Unlike the tonneau cover. PBC sells them for around $45, as I recall, and very possibly other aftermarket places do as well, although probably for more money.
