Hi, y'all... some answers to questions from the weekend (I've been traveling and off the net...) Jack 'n Anne... on rollbars: I have a three-point bolt-in from pylon motorsports in Jupiter, FLA. It attaches to the seatbelt posts and to the passenger seat glide track. The roof goes up over it (no more putting up the roof while you're moving, though), and it is quite sturdy and stiffening. It is OK in solo II, but NOT legal for solo I because it is not 2 inches above my helmet. It looks really cool, though! Tom: a great small tool kit for the Miata can be made from either a knitting kit (no shit...) or a Chef's knife kit. They are soft and roll up and tie with a spot to tuck each tool. Now you can fit some wrenches, vise grips, screwdrivers and X-acto's. I also tuck in some duct and electrical tape, hose clamps and little nylon wrap strips. The one replacement part I'd bring is a FAN BELT, since this is a part that can go bad from reasons other than wear (frequently), and a bottle of water. Don't forget to bring sunscreen. Have fun!!! I'm jealous!! Eric: All you 'puter nuts need to do me a favor and offer instructions for you art-bits and stuff. I'm computer illiterate as far as re-mapping and gif and gaf and trf and other techno-babble. Have mercy! The LL bean number.... I left it in New York. Sorry. You can call the 800 directory, though. LL Bean, Freeport, ME.
