We picked up a '91 with the hard top and hoist last April.  As far as I can 
tell they are OEM.  Were all of the hoists recalled?  If so (or even if not 
but mine was) how can I tell if mine has been replaced/upgraded?  As I 
recall, ours does have plastic clips for the straps around the top and metal 
hook rings for the hoist portion.
