There's a minor discussion going on in Miataville about differences in brake fluid. It's being said that some brake fluid is more compressible than others which makes it less desirable. Is this really true? I always thought that brake fluid was not compressible period. Isn't that the whole point behind hydraulic brakes? It seems to me that the only thing that would make it compressible would be if it began to boil. I could see differences in brake fluid being due to the relative resistance to boiling. I'm confuzzzled. (I thought I understood physics. Guess not.) ...Gary
