Well since everyone else is sharing insurance stories.....

Facts:

Married
30
multiple cars
live in rural area
no accidents
no tickets
$250 deductible on most stuff
$100 deductible on stated value cars

Stats:

Miata:   $378 a YEAR.  yep 12 months.
Porsche  $308 a year,  limited driving, includes stated value (~$30K)
Bugeye   $265 a year,  limited driving, includes stated value (~$13K)
Suburban $665 a year,  ?????? I dont know why this is so much comparatively
2 race cars @ $53 a year each
2 other cars in storage for stated value coverage at about $350 total.

Total bill for 1 year:  ~$2100.

I guess you all need more cars so the individual rates will drop.....
