In the Dayton, OH area it is not considered acceptable to dump this stuff 
down your sinks or toilet because it is still a hazardous waste no matter 
which way you look at it.  Almost every place that takes oil for recycling 
will also take antifreeze and/or most other types of automotive fluids.  
Around here that includes most quick lube & oil change places, county 
incinerator, lots of service stations, local garages, etc. 

Therefore, if you are environmentally concious or care about the waters you 
live in and near, collect it and turn it in at you local recycling center.
