I expect this would have minimal effects on street performance over the 302. The tests of the Monsters have generally stated that the torque was so excessive that first gear was useless, and so on. A 604 in good tune could easily develop 750 HP or more, which might boost the top speed over 180 but is likely to have little effect under 100 unless you can put much wider tires on the car. Sort of reminds me of Dan Gurney's old Offenhauser-powered Spitfire.
