The Indy event is not put on by the MCA, it is produced by the the INDY chapter.
This year the MCA decided to sponsor breakfast on SUnday for the event (usually
breakfast and most other meals were the responsibility of the individual). As
yet, the National has not sponsored any type of member event. FWIW, the 
Homecoming event is being put on by the SOCALM chapter, Gold Rush by SAMOA
chapter, etc.
