For some reason, I'm not very possesive about my Miata.  I've probably
had more people drive it for more miles than any other car I've ever 
owned.  I find riding in the passenger seat really neat, because you
can look at the stars, watch airplanes fly over, and other stuff that
you miss when driving.  I also enjoy watching my car on an autocross 
course, watching how my car compares to others in squirm, body roll,
wheelspin, and just general performance.   Women co-drivers are great
because you don't have to compete directly against them and they
usually run in different heats so you don't have to play the two
driver shuffle.  (for us guys anyway)  Guys are usually better about
paying for lunch and chipping in for gas and entries however...
