/Don't forget an aftermarket exhaust (behind the catalytic converter
/only for stock classes).  I felt it made more difference in my car than
/the K&N filter (which made a *slightly* noticable difference).  I have
/the Walker Dynomax.

The Badgerland Miata club (Wisconsin) held a tech session at a performance 
shop and the owner said the best way to get exta horsepower (cheap) would be 
to improve the breathing.  Performance muffler first, air filter/intake second.

Of course a $2500 supercharger would help too...
